Purposes, basis and period of data processing and the nature of their submission

If you contact us by phone, e-mail, letter, via the contact form or via social media, on matters other than registering for a visit, we process your personal data for the purpose of identification and ensuring efficient service, including responding to your message (call) and resolving the presented issue/problem.

The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest, which is to provide and maintain communication channels.

We will process your personal data for the purposes indicated above for a period of 12 months from the last communication with you.

5. People leaving an opinion on Google.

If you leave an opinion about us in the “Google Opinions” service, we process your personal data for the purpose of publishing (“reprinting”) the above opinion on our website.

The basis for processing your personal data for the above purpose is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest, which is the promotion of our activities and informing about customer opinions.

The recipients of your personal data will be processing entities to whom we entrust the processing of personal data, in particular the entity dealing with IT support of our website, the hosting provider and the tools ensuring the security of the website. In addition, if you interact with us on social media, the recipients of your personal data will be the owners of these media acting as separate data controllers (Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Tik-Tok). The Administrator has an account on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Whatsapp, Telegram and Viber. Personal data provided on these platforms will be used to manage profiles, communicate with Users, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes, share information about events organized by the Administrator and create a community of recipients. The basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

However, it should be remembered that the rules for using social networking sites are specified in the regulations and community rules of each platform, and the Administrator has no influence on them.
